The Integrated Teacher Development Programme

Teach Through Asana, Not On Top Of It

A six-month small-group programme for yoga teachers who want to move beyond fragmented trainings and disconnected teaching.

Designed for both newer and experienced teachers, this programme explores how anatomy, philosophy, mythology, movement, language and observation can be woven naturally through posture itself — not taught as isolated modules or added mechanically on top of practice.

Rather than focusing on fixed sequences or formulaic teaching, the emphasis is on refinement: refining language, refining observation, refining movement understanding, and refining the ability to teach real people rather than idealised postures.

Over six months we work progressively with posture, movement and meaning through a layered learning model I call Whisper to Weave — helping teachers deepen and integrate what they already know while developing a more coherent and reflective approach to teaching.

This programme is not about becoming a “perfect” teacher.
It is about learning how to teach with greater clarity, specificity, adaptability and depth.

How The Programme Works

The Integrated Teacher Development Programme runs over six months in a small-group format designed to support progressive, layered learning rather than information overwhelm.

Each month we’ll work with posture, movement, language, observation, philosophy and mythology through a structured teaching framework that allows ideas to build gradually over time.

Rather than collecting disconnected information, the aim is to help teachers integrate what they already know into more coherent, observant and student-centred teaching.

What’s Included

Monthly Live Workshops

Each month we’ll meet live online for a 2–3 hour workshop exploring integrated teaching through posture, observation, anatomy, philosophy, mythology, language and real teaching application.

These workshops are live, practical and discussion-based rather than passive lectures.

All sessions will be recorded if you cannot attend live.
